The Wexford Group is a residential redeveloper specializing in rehabbing blighted and underutilized properties in the historic neighborhood of Franklinton, Ohio. After taking these 100 year old homes and giving them new life, we either sell them to people who want to be a part of the community or rent them to people who are already part of the neighborhood.

We take great pride in bringing these distressed buildings back to life and creating new homes while beautifying the area. Our goal is to make Franklinton great again-one house at a time while providing high quality affordable homes and rentals.

The company was founded by Patrick Donley, who fell in love with Franklinton several years ago. It was the uniqueness of each home and the sense of community unlike any other part of Columbus that initially attracted him. He has since moved to the neighborhood and is fully vested in making Franklinton a great place to live and work.

Patrick is a graduate of Miami Univeristy in Oxford, Ohio where he studied Finance. He comes from a long tradition of builders and his father, grandfather, and brothers have all been heavily involved in real estate.
